Personal HYROX Race Simulation

A coached rehearsal for race day.

A 1:1 or 2:1 coached session that replicates race demands and focuses on the details that make the biggest difference on the day.

The longer the session, the more closely we can replicate race distances, support your warm-up, guide your cool-down and build a complete race-day rehearsal.
