We'll help you build confidence, learn the basics and start at a pace that feels right for you.

What happens first

It all starts with a conversation.

Honestly, almost nobody arrives with the perfect plan or knows exactly what kind of training is right for them.

That’s why we start with a conversation. We’ll understand where you are now, where you want to get to, and what kind of support will help you feel confident. From there, we’ll help you choose the right route, whether that is coach-led classes, personalised support, one of our specialist classes or a mixture.

No pressure. No hard sell. Just a proper conversation about what would work best for you.

It is completely normal to feel unsure before joining a new gym. Most people have a few questions before they take the first step. Here are the ones we hear most often.

No. You do not need to arrive fit, strong or experienced. That is what training is for. We'll meet you where you are, help you start at the right level, and build from there.
