How cancelling works
Cancel using the form
Complete the form below to cancel. Your request is confirmed once we've acknowledged it.
30 days' notice
Your membership ends 30 days after we receive your request.
Payments during your notice
Any payment due within your 30-day notice period is still taken, and you can keep training as normal until your end date.
In your first 30 days?
If you cancel within 30 days of joining, there's no notice period. Your membership ends straight away and no further payments are taken. Payments already made aren't refunded.
Onboarding fee
The one-off £50 onboarding fee covers your 1:1 Fundamentals and first-weeks support, and isn't refundable.
Need a break rather than a goodbye?
If you're stepping away because of holidays, work, family or injury, you can pause your membership for 1 to 3 months at no cost instead. You can't cancel while your membership is paused. If you decide not to come back after a pause, your 30-day notice starts from your return date.
