CrossFit at Beyond Walls

CrossFit

Strength and fitness training for real life. You’ll lift, move, sweat, learn and build confidence, with a coach guiding the session and options for every level.

HYROX at Beyond Walls

HYROX

Build your engine with running, strength and station-based training. Great for HYROX race prep, but just as useful if you want a challenging, well-rounded workout.

Gymnastics at Beyond Walls

Gymnastics

Bodyweight strength and skill work, taught step by step. Build control, confidence and progress towards movements like pull-ups, toes-to-bar and muscle-ups.

Weightlifting at Beyond Walls

Weightlifting

Learn the lifts, build strength and feel more confident with a barbell. Technique comes first, and every session is guided step by step.

Mobility

Move, stretch and reset with a dedicated session designed to improve range of motion, reduce stiffness and support long-term training.
