Build your engine with running, strength and station-based training. Great for HYROX race prep, but just as useful if you want a challenging, well-rounded workout.

Bodyweight strength and skill work, taught step by step. Build control, confidence and progress towards movements like pull-ups, toes-to-bar and muscle-ups.

Learn the lifts, build strength and feel more confident with a barbell. Technique comes first, and every session is guided step by step.

Move, stretch and reset with a dedicated session designed to improve range of motion, reduce stiffness and support long-term training.

Speciality Classes are focused, small-group programmes designed around specific needs, goals or life stages. They are purchased separately from standard membership so we can provide a more tailored level of coaching and support.

A smaller, confidence-building class for adults in midlife and beyond who want to stay strong, mobile and capable. Friendly, focused training to help you keep moving well for life. Pricing starts at £15 per class for single classes and reduces for multiple.

A coached HYROX-style fitness programme for kids aged 7–15. 8 weeks, 2x per week, Juniors (7–11) at 17:00 and Teens (12–15) at 18:00. Pricing starts at £12 per class for single classes and reduces for multiple.
