What is EverStrong?

Strength built for life.

Age is inevitable. Frailty is not.

EverStrong is a small-group fitness programme designed specifically for adults in midlife and beyond.

The sessions focus on building strength for longevity — helping you maintain muscle, improve balance, move with confidence and feel more capable in everyday life.

Now a permanent part of the weekly Beyond Walls schedule, EverStrong runs every Tuesday and Thursday at 10:30am.

Each 45-minute session includes

  • Safe, functional strength training
  • Balance and coordination work
  • Gentle mobility drills
  • A relaxed cool down
  • Optional post-session coffee and chat
