What HYROX is
A fitness race anyone can train for.
HYROX is a race made up of eight 1km runs, each followed by a workout station: SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, rowing, farmers carry, sandbag lunges and wall balls. Thousands of people do their first one every year, most of them ordinary adults who decided they wanted a goal. Our classes train the running, the stations and, most importantly, the pacing that gets you through it.
How a class works
Engine. Stations. Race practice.
Engine
Running and machine intervals that build the aerobic base HYROX is really about.
Stations
Sled, SkiErg, wall balls and the rest, coached for technique first so you move efficiently when you're tired.
Race practice
Regular sessions that combine both, so race day feels familiar rather than frightening.
Who it's for
You don't need to be a runner. Half our HYROX members would say they hate it.
HYROX classes suit people who want a challenging, well-rounded workout with a clear structure. Some are training for a race. Many just like the format. Everything is scaled, and you can walk before you run.
Race preparation and Sims
From first class to start line.
When you decide to race, we've got the rest covered. HYROX Race Preparation gives you a personalised plan and one-to-one support. Our regular HYROX Sims run the full race format in the gym, timed and coached, so you know exactly what you're in for.
