What is HYROX YoungStars?

More than kids' fitness.

HYROX YoungStars is a structured, coached programme designed to help young people move well, build confidence, develop strength safely and enjoy training in a supportive environment.

It's not babysitting in trainers. Sessions are programmed by coaches, capped at 12 children and scaled to age, so every child is challenged, supported and walks out a little fitter, a little stronger and a lot more confident than they walked in.

Run over 8 weeks from 15 June to 6 August 2026, twice a week, at our Cookham base (just outside Maidenhead).

Meet your coach

Coach Jess.

YoungStars classes are run by Coach Jess (pictured), who specialises in coaching our kids' classes. Jess is an experienced HYROX athlete, qualified Personal Trainer and CrossFit Coach.

She is also fully DBS checked and first aid qualified so your child is in safe, expert hands every session.

Two age groups · Mondays & Thursdays

Juniors & Teens.

8 weeks from 15 June – 6 August 2026. Every Monday and Thursday, with separate sessions for each age group.

  • Any child aged 7–15 who wants to move, get stronger, build confidence and have fun. No previous training experience needed. Juniors (7–11) train at 17:00 and Teens (12–15) at 18:00.
