Habit Coaching is led by Dr Julie Clow, who has a PhD in Behaviour Science. Julie supports leaders and teams through performance and executive coaching, consults on workplace wellbeing programmes, and also coaches at Beyond Walls in CrossFit and Weightlifting.

  • No. Habit Coaching is open to members and non-members. If you train with us, we can fold your coaching into your wider plan. But it works just as well as a standalone.
