Athlete Check-Ins and InBody scans
Feeling fitter is great. Seeing it is better. Every member has regular one-to-one check-ins with a coach, with an InBody scan to show what's changing, so your training is guided by real progress, not guesswork.

What happens at a check-in
- 01
A one-to-one with a coach
We talk about how training is going, what's feeling easier, what isn't, and what's going on in life outside the gym.
- 02
An InBody scan
A quick, non-invasive body composition scan that measures things like muscle and body fat, not just weight.
- 03
Clear next steps
We review your progress, agree your next goals and adjust your training if needed.
When they happen
Your first Athlete Check-In and InBody scan happen in your first week, so we have a clear starting point. You'll have another in weeks 9 to 11, then every 12 weeks after that.
