Meg is a Certified CrossFit Trainer (L3), Certified Specialised Nutritionist and Nutrition Coach, Menopause Wellness Practitioner, Certified Personal Trainer and 200hr Yoga Teacher. Meg has a passion for helping people and women going through the midlife truly understand the importance of nutrition, finding protocols that work for them and building health habits that suit their lifestyle. She is equally passionate about skill development and rehab and is currently studying to become a Biomechanics Coach. Alongside her fitness and health education, she also holds a BA in Communications Management specialising in Creative Brand Communications and a Grande Diploma in Culinary Arts & Wine.
